Saru Jayaraman is the Director of the Food Labor Research Center at the University of California, Berkeley. She is the author of Behind the Kitchen Door and Forked: A New Standard for American Dining.
Raj Patel is a Research Professor in the Lyndon B Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, Austin. He is the author of Stuffed and Starved: The Hidden Battle for the World Food System.
