Lillian Hanley spoke with Philippa Howden-Chapman about the state of New Zealandā€™s houses, and what effect damp and mouldy homes have on peopleā€™s health and living standards.

Philippa Howden-Chapman is a Professor of Public Health at the University of Otago. She is an expert in public policy and is the director of the housing and health research programme at the university.
